Question / Help Video looks rather blurry

So I looked around and I found some tips on how to config OBS, best thread was this one: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/5-good-custom-x264-encoder-settings.4448/

It seems like this improved the quality of my videos but even on config C it's taking my CPU to 75% while I'm on the game's menu so I'm rather worried that it will ruin a recording once shit starts happening.

I've also tried changing CBR=15 and it did look like it improved the quality a lot, but the video size looks 4 or 5 times bigger, I have a 3mb upload internet, best in the region and a single video would take far too long to upload this way, not to mention HD space having a 1.4minutes video having 200~250mb when I'm planing on uploading 20+ minutes episodes from different series daily.

Can any one share an idea with me? I'm not doing any streaming of any kind, it's all recording, my PC is an i7 with 12gb ram DDR3, one full SSD, one 2tb HD and a GTX970.

Thanks in advance

Edit: Config C freezes too often when the CPU reaches 100% as well.

Post a logfile from the Help menu, as it requests when you open a new thread in Q&H. It will contain system details and settings, as well as back-end information we need to troubleshoot the problem.

I'd also strongly advise removing all of those custom x264 settings. Generally they aren't needed at all, and tend to be parroted, poor information that can actually harm performance significantly.
If you read down in that thread, you'll also note the Devs pointing out that most of those settings are useless, or setting default values. Pull them out. Just more garbage.
