Basically, I am trying to stream H1Z1 on twitch, and in-game when I stand still, or there is little movement, the stream plays fine, but when I am walking and running or looking around, the video lags and skips many frames. I have tried streaming 1080, 720, 30 fps, 60 fps, and 3500/3000/2500 bitrate, all with no luck. The game plays perfectly fine, and the problem also occurs in other games.

Here are logs:
https://gist.github.com/f8a78d4e09c540bf4289642a6ccfeb59

and here are some other specs:
  • i5-6600K @ 3.5 GHz
  • GTX 1070
  • 550W PSU
  • 8GB-2666MHz RAM
  • ~8mbps upload (via speedtest.net)
  • ~90mbps download (via speedtest.net)
Thanks in advance!

I used to have the same problem when I first tried streaming H1Z1. I fixed this issue by downscaling the video. Go to output in OBS studio and check the rescale output box. set it to whatever you want but I would always have it set to 720p. Keep your bitrate at 3500, nothing more is needed. Also just to be on the safe side go to the video tab and set your base canvas to whatever the resolution the game your playing is. Change the output resolution to 720p. Finally change the downgrade filter to Lanczos. This should fix your problems. ;)

Didn't work. Thanks for the response, though.

Rescale ONLY in video settings.
Do not need to rescale again in Output settings; So, leave, Output rescaling unchecked.
