Question / Help Video lags WAY behind Audio

This seems like a common issue because I've been pulling my hair out for about 4 hours trying to get my audio and video to sync up. I've followed the suggestions on here, playing with the delay - but my VIDEO is way behind the audio - no matter what I do. I can't watch another Youtube video about this with no success.

Does anyone have a solution to this that works?

Hard to diagnose without a recording or streaming session in the log; you need to start, let it run for awhile, then stop before grabbing the logfile. This one only shows app startup.
