I have an issue with recording. My fps in game is over 120, however when I go back to view the recording, it's either very laggy, or freezing. Here are my specs...

GeForce GTX 960 (Graphics Card)
AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad Core (Processor)
8.00 GB (RAM)
My current obs settings are...

Encoding
x264 Encoder
Use CBR [ ]
Quality Balance 10
Max Bitrate 1000
(Use Custom Buffer Size [X]) Buffer Size 0
Video
Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
Filter: Billinear
FPS: 60
Advanced
Scene Buffering Time: 400 milliseconds
x264 CPU Preset: veryfast
Encoding Profile: main
Use CFR [X]
