Question / Help Video lags behind audio by 1 sec.

I did a stream today, and also recorded at the same time which hasn't given any issue as of yet, and noticed upon playing it back that both the recording and the stream VOD, the video was off by a second or maybe a little less. It is very noticeable to me at least. One of my viewers commented about my webcam being off so I thought that it was just my webcam that was the problem but it turned out to be the game video and audio as well. I haven't touched any settings in forever and would like to know if anyone else has had this issue.

No one else is having this problem? No one is going to respond? Also I tried to preview my stream and now it is saying that there is high CPU usage and that I should turn down my settings. I literally have not touched anything in the settings and it is just crapping out on me.
 
Don't post this in Bug Reports, people wanting to help other usually look in the Questions and Help forum.
Anyway, i moved it.
