Question / Help Video lags after recording but not the game

Hi there! So I have been experiencing an issue while recording with obs. 1 when I record a game like Fortnite or overwatch, the game is fine and the preview but when I watch it after the recording it lags at like .1 FPS or something. 2 after I record any length video, about 90% gets cut out!
So please if u can help me that will be great!

(I wrote this on my phone so I can’t include a log yet)
