Hello!
I have a potato PC and people said that OBS is the best software to record things even if you have a bad PC
I tried it, the video was laggy and blurry
I searched on google, people said try mess around with the bitrate, it helps a bit but still laggy and blurry
I ran the Auto-configuration wizard thing, it still doesnt help

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium E5700
GPU: Intel G41 Express Chipset

Some people did say its because of my GPU cuz its old but i tried different recording softwares (ex: Bandicam) but it looks fine and normal
Thanks first!

You'll need to upload a logfile from an actual recording session, otherwise none of the relevant information shows up to troubleshoot your issue.

That said, you're not kidding about potato PC... that thing is ancient, and not having a dedicated GPU is definitely a hinderance. But again, we need to see a recording session to see what settings you're using and how the system is handling it.

Shoot i think i upload the wrong one
Im not at home right now so sorry, I will upload the right logs next time i come home

That's actually not too bad at all. There's minimal encoding lag, and just a few frames of rendering lag. You could probably lower your canvas resolution to get a bit more performance, since there'd be less to process for scene compositing.

For the playback lagginess, what program are you using to play back the videos? According to the logs, it should be a smooth 60 -- those few frames of rendering/encoding lag should barely be noticeable.

For higher quality in the recording, lower the CRF value. Also, if you're running into CPU overload issues, you can use a less intensive preset like superfast or ultrafast -- since you're targeting a specific quality, it will raise the bitrate to compensate for the quicker compression.

So a problem comes to me again, the game was running smoothly at 50 fps (i recorded at 50 fps too) and the audio is fine but the video just freezes every few seconds, I searched, people say I should lower the quality

About the video being blurry, i fixed it! i dont know how but i spent like a hour messing with obs settings and i fixed it, the video now looks good, and about the video being laggy, i think the video encoder (x264) is the cause, cuz looking at the preview window, everything is smoothly, no issues at all but when i hit the stop recording button and open the video file, it keeps freezing i havent try a different encoder yet cuz im busy,

Don't use the windows 10 video player -- it doesn't handle videos above 30fps properly. VLC or Windows Media Player Classic are the recommended programs to play back recorded videos.
