Question / Help Video lagging behind audio

When recording, over time the audio gets further and further ahead of the video. They'll be synced properly to begin with, but by ~20 minutes in a pc recording and even more quickly when recording with a capture card, the visual will be noticeably behind and continues to get worse to the point that the video doesn't even make sense because we'll comment on something way before it happens.
This isn't a completely consistent issue, and I'm not sure how to predict whether or not it's going to happen.
I've never posted here before, so I'm sorry if I left out anything important. This isn't the greatest example of this issue, but it's the most recent.

Oh, it sent the wrong thing. One moment, now I've got to figure out why I can't get the proper log to upload. No link is appearing when I click upload last log.


edit: I have no idea what I'm doing. I've tried to open the program and change the settings in attempts to fix it myself multiple times since my last recording and before giving up and posting here, so there were several useless logs that I deleted so that the last important one would be the actual last one, and it's apparently failing to see it.

Dont use different audio samplerates.

Do all at 44100hz or all at 48000hz, but not mixed speeds. Your capture device is set to 48000hz, while OBS is 44100hz.
