Question / Help Video Lag.

Hello everyone, I've been experiencing a problem with the game "Dirty Bomb" when i record locally. The game runs smoothly at 60-80 FPS, but when i watch the footage, the video has constant lag issues and is very choppy. This only happens when I record an active match, the menu is recorded at normal speed, but there is a very significant performance boost in the menu (~300 FPS). The sound, however, plays perfectly normally, the image is the only problem.

I have checked the Dropped Frames "megathread" and my problem wasn't described there.

Computer Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.2 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 8.1, 64-bit

If needed, I can upload the video to show an example of my problem.

And with this, it works near perfectly! I still get some small hiccups, those may be gone if i lower the quality of the game a bit more though. Thank you so much!
