Question / Help Video lag.

Hello everyone!
Can somebody help me. When i record at 60 fps the game runs very well,but the video has more lag.
Can somebody make settings on obs?
My pc specs are:
Amd Phenom ii X2 545
Zotac Gtx 650 Synergy Edition 2gb
4 Gb ram

I will post tomorrow. For exemple minecraft works very well at 200 fps in game and when i record i don't have lag, but the video has.
