Question / Help Video lag recording Rules of Survival PC

Hi! I've been starting to record my gameplay using the latest version of OBS Studio. Apparently, the audio works fine but the video lags on recording (during gameplay, it doesn't lag). I have searched for the best settings on a 2GB RAM and a good video bitrate but I couldn't find and besides, there is no dropdown for video bitrate. Please help. Here's the log file. I also need the best settings for 2GB ram and a video rate so please if you could recommend me, please do so

Your gear is outdated. You are just going to run into problems and be wasting your time using outdated computing equipment.
You need way better CPU and GPU with sufficient RAM to run games and record/stream on the same PC.
