Question / Help Video Lag (Not ingame)

I have been starting to record and stream using OBS and when I am done and I check the footage there seem to be extremely high amounts of lag. I run 50+ frames in most of the videos but it looks like 10 fps when they are done. The game and the preview run just fine but the finished product is unusable. Not sure if it is just a bug or it is just client side but any kind of help would be appreciated.

Your CPU cannot keep up with encoding your stream. Try reducing your FPS to 30. If that doesn't help, perhaps consider a CPU upgrade.

Thank you! That is something I did want to have to fix I appreciate the fast response. I do have the setting for recording while streaming on, do you think that if I turned that off It would reduce the CPU lag?

I am not really an streaming expert but I would assume that would reduce your CPU usage.
