Question / Help Video lag - not in-game

After recording a gameplay with OBS, I click on the video so I can watch it, but every 30-35 seconds it freezes for 1 second or less, am not lagging in game and I have no issues, only in the video. I don't know why, I have GTX 960 and i3 6100, I'm sure it can handle it, I capped my FPS to 60, but still, would appreciate any help, thanks.

And if you switch to simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality nvenc encoder?

Also, it is STRONGLY NOT recommended to save directly to mp4.

Yeah thanks, I had a driver I forgot to install now I can record, is much better than before, but the lag happened like twice, not freeze but frame drop in the video. I think it's something with my CPU.
