Video keeps getting frozen, audio is fine

I recorded a video in mkv, using screen capture only on the scene. The video is fine at the start, but when I go into a fullscreen game (Roblox), it records well for the fisrt seconds, but then the video gets frozen on a frame. After around 20 seconds, it changes to another frame, which stays on for more or less the same amount of time.

The video is laggy, but the audio is completely fine. Is there any way I could recover the video, or did it really record like that? Also, how can I prevent this from happening?

try start obs as admin
and for game use game capture

didnt see a stream or record session on the log please make a little stream or record then post the log !
