Video keep glitching while recording

Hi , I'm having this problem when i try to Record Assassin Creed Valhalla and Cyperpunk 2077 , it very annoying and i can't seem to find a solution for it

I'm playing on ps4 and recording using i7 , nvidia GeForce 820m laptop

Please can anyone help me with this
