Video is squished when exporting video with game and camera feed seperately

Bit of a long shot here, but I recently started recording videos and saw a cool tutorial on recording camera and game feed seperately for more control in post. However, I followed all the tutorials as closely as possible and got it working great. However the problem is, when I export after recording, the video is squished and I cant find anything anywhere that explains why this is happening and how to fix it. I'm a complete noob at this so my monkey brain just cant figure it out. Can someone help? I've attatched a few screenshots to show what my settings are and the export problem I seem to be running in to. If anyone can help, you'd be a lifesaver
