Question / Help Video is laggy

I'm having this exact issue. My FPS in game doesn't drop anything but my recordings are all laggy. I tried so many different settings and nothing worked for me. Do you think it could have something to do with the NVidia control panel maybe? I literally have no idea how to fix it but after trying everything on OBS I'm starting to think it might be something with that.
 
I just tried disabling aero (multitasking settings and some settings in control panel) and it looks bit better but there is still some lag and choppiness. Its so annoying haha
 
I just unplugged my second monitor and recorded a game to see if it would do anything and it was fixed. Now my recordings run perfectly. Crazy weird but its a solution I guess.
 
Go your Nvidia settings and make sure your monitor is set up as GPU instead of display. Then go on youtube and look how to turn off your Aero settings. A combination of those and unplugging my monitor made my video crystal clear.
 
I have been having same trouble no matter what settings theres still random frame drop from 60 fps to what looks like 30 fps , ive just updated to rtx 2060 super 8gb and still same happens with all OBS based software
