Question / Help Video is "Frozen" upon replay

Hi. First time user. Attempting to make a recording. Seemed fine. When i watch the playback the video is "frozen" while the audio continues to play. If I move the slide bar farther along the time line, I get a still of whatever is on screen at that moment but it stays frozen while the audio picks up from that spot. Thoughts appreciated.

Hi Thanks. I tried it on Windows Media Player, VLC media player and Movies and TV.. all the same ... maybe need to reduce Video Output?
 
Change your encoder to quicksync. Your cpu is too weak to handle x264 encoding. I just noticed the first recording in those logs literally have 99.9% of the frames lost to encoding error -- there actually is nothing in that file to play back... your video players are correct.

If you still run into encoding lag using quicksync, you'll need to reduce your resolution/framerate even more.
