Question / Help Video is fine but, when edited on Mobile. It is choppy and it skips frames. how do i fix?

I recently was recording (not streaming) my gameplay and the video was perfectly fine when i played it. The only problem is that when i exported and imported it into my phone to edit on PowerDirector mobile (because my computer isn't powerful) it tends to stay on one frame for a bit and it skips some frames and i can still hear myself talking while the frame is frozen.

NOTE: voice audio was recorded separately.

I strongly doubt any mobile device is more powerful than a PC for editing purposes. The skipping is probably due to the mobile device being unable to seek in realtime.

Try using VSDC Video Editor on Windows.. Even better, if you have Linux use KDENLive.

Btw what is your phone? My PC is probably weaker than yours and I can edit video, although render times can be an hour for 30 minutes of 480p video.

Core i3 4030U dual core at 1.9GHz, 6GB RAM, Intel HD 4400.

Phones Moto E LTE and Moto X Pure Edition (Both render fine as well)
