Video is ahead of audio

I have 4 dslr cameras going thru a black magic atem mini into a gaming rig that has a 1080 video card in it, also the sound is coming from a sound board into one of the cameras to travel along with the video via hdmi.
I have noticed that the audio is behind the video..
how do you slow the video or speed up the audio so it will sync.
i have seen lots of options when the audio is faster then the video but non the other way around.
 
Click on the cog wheel in one of the audio devices in the OBS audio mixer panel.
Tinker with the sync offset of Black Magic (+ or - a number in millisceconds; i.e. -100, 100)
