Recently, I updated to OBS 23.0.1 and have a serious issues with my video capture. Both a Logitech c920 and an Elgato Camlink with a Canon Xf400 and now reporting less than 1fps. Opened up Elgato Game Capture and both cameras are working fine.

Uninstalled version 23 and Downgraded OBS to 22.0.2 and having the same problem.

Re-updated to version 23.0.1 and then thought to just capture any video, so set up a scene with the Logitech, a window capture of chrome, and a display capture. All of the them are <1 fps.

I'm attaching a log file with the last test I ran

Any help is super appreciated and many many thank yous in advance.

Don't mind some of the failed asset loads, they're coming from a network drive that's currently not attached.

Actually, that may be the cause of your issue. The source tries to permanently reach the network drive and this may result in delays within OBS. It's best if all your media sources, video and image, is located on the local hard disk and not via network. Even if it is on a reachable network, it still may cause latency.
