Question / Help Video Grainy and blurry

Hi I've look at all tutorials and they don't help with the graininess of the video at all I've scalling up the resolution and bringing up the byte rate.
please help

Can't help without any kind of indication of what you're working with and what you're seeing. Please post a log file of a recording/stream, and a screenshot of what you're seeing as "grainy".

You should not be using CBR for recording. Put the output mode back to simple and pick a quality preset.
