Video froze, audio continued

So we livestream our church services. Tonight, the video froze but the audio continued? We are hardwired, using eternity. Download speed: 965 mbps. Upload speed: 904 mbps. Before this happened I noticed the livestream was kinda jerky. Not smooth like usual.

I meant we are hardwired to the Ethernet, not eternity. LOL
