Question / Help Video Freezing while streaming League of Legends

When I'm streaming to Twitch or just doing a Preview Stream, similar events happen each time. League of Legends will launch, and start loading a match as normal. But on the stream, the video will freeze either some time during this loading-in part of the game, or within the first two minutes of starting the game. I'll get either a completely black screen instead of video, or the video will freeze on one part and not continue streaming.

OBS will not report anything to be wrong, unless you count the slight frame skip that happens due to a slower internet connection. OBS works perfectly fine on other full-screen games I play, such as SimCity 2013. I have attempted recording League of Legends in full-screen, borderless, and windowed modes, both in Window and Game capture. This same problem happens while using Monitor Capture.

Here is one of the log files from the many times this problem has occured. It is from a full-screen game-capture stream. (Link provided due to character limit in forum posts): https://gist.github.com/dbd89cf98772c6e5fad7

Thank you in advance for your help, anyone who replies!

Number of frames skipped due to encoder lag: 50708 (80.37%)

Your CPU is not keeping up. You need to stream at a lower resolution, or lower framerate, or get a better CPU

Yes, the AMD APUs are unfortunately very underpowered for computationally intensive tasks like real time video encoding.
