Question / Help Video freezing in vods and streaming for an amount of time

Any idea on how to fix this? I'm also on Windows 10. Also any other issues I may not be noticing?

Log shows your CPU is Intel Pentium CPU G3220 which only have 2 cores, 2 threads. This may be slow to run game and use x264 encoder on the same computer.

Try preset "SuperFast" to reduce CPU usage, at a small cost of quality or little bigger filesize.
Try increase OBS priority (may be done in OBS advanced setting) and/or reduce game priority using task manager.
