Question / Help Video freezes when moved to secondary screen

When capturing video from a webcam, the video is shown live on the main display. However, when I move the window to the secondary screen the webcam video freezes. The video also freezes on the secondary screen as well. Is there a way to prevent this?

Is your secondary monitor on the same GPU or plugged into your Onboard?

This is a laptop computer with a docking station (Dell Precision with Dell docking station). The primary and secondary monitors are plugged into the docking station. I assume they are on the same GPU, but it is the built-in nVidia GPU for the laptop.

It sounds like the dock is still splitting it up somewhat. What is the model # of the dock and the laptop?
