I wonder if anyone has issues livestreaming after about 15-20 minutes, video freezes for 1 second then repeats. I am using the latest OBS 31.0.3 and a Nvidia GEForce 745. Last week is did fine with no freezes. I did some testing but returned all settings to same and this week it starts the freezing/unfreezing.
My video encoder is hardware acceleration (selecting the NVENC, H.264 which is all that's available) and encoder preset was either P5 or P2. My bitrate doesn't seem to make a difference. We have low upload bandwith at only 11, so I tried bitrate of 2000 or 3000. I am running at 1080p 30 fps. Do you think it needs to be at 60 fps instead? I have tried Gaming mode on or off and Nvideo 3D settings managing itself or using my settings.
My hdd has some kind of corruption on it, so I built a new 1 Tb hdd with a clean install of Windows 10 and clean OBS. The settings don't seem to make a difference. Video runs smooth one day and the next it freezes/unfreezes. I'm wondering if it's the system board.
Any advice would be appreciated.
