Video freezes intermittently

Hello! I've been using OBS without any problems, but recently I've changed laptop and suddenly my video keeps freezing intermittently while using the virtual camera on zoom. I "fix" it by closing obs and starting it up again but it's really annoying and never happened on my old laptop. I don't know wha to do and how to explain it... I imported my old settings on this new one. This new laptop is also more powerful. Below the log file from the last time it frooze:

When I played back the recording I also found the audio would weirdly come in and out, kind of as though it were lagging or something

show that zoom and OBS are running on the Nvidia
and disable windows audio ducking in the Sound settings

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

Thank you, I tried this, today I will see if the video continues to give me that issue. But the audio is problematic; I already disabled windows audio ducking but i continue to have this problem where the audio mixer levels moves in a really choppy manner and when I played back the recording the audio had this metallic quality and it kind of kept coming in and out and wasn't constant like it used to be in my old laptop with similar settings. I don't even know how to describe the problem to find a solution online or in the forums.
