Question / Help Video Freezes During High Motion Scenes

I wanna record some game play of all different kinds of games, but some of them, like first person action, have a lot of high motion scenes, but I can't find the right settings that can handle those types of games. I use Game Capture at 30-60 FPS depending on the game I play, and I have the cfr=15. The sound works fine and it plays everything that is happening; pretty much everything works fine except for the video. I will include my specs and the log of trying to record a video if it helps.

do you watched your cpu usage or obs? if the usage is too high obs gives you a warning message in the left down corner of obs.

It does give me a warning but only just for a few seconds.
How can I lower CPU usage? I have a decent computer and yet I can't record...

so you are already at the most leightweight preset ultrafast. maybe you should set crf=18. if this doesnt work you have to downscale your recording to 720p. then it should work better.
