Question / Help Video freezes, audio still plays. Help?

Hey. I recorded a 15 minute video and about 10 seconds in the video froze and the audio continued to play. Can someone tell me how to fix this? I'm pretty sure I uploaded the right log, and I uploaded it correctly, but if I didn't, I'll make a new thread.

Thanks for the tip. I'm stuck with a premade laptop right now so it makes sense it's not powerful. Are there any conditions under which I can use it to record some videos?
