Question / Help Video freezes and does not record whole video

I've been trying to record with OBS but everytime I try to record there is a problem. I tried recording this 10 minute long video amd once I went into my folder to view it it and there was no movement in the video it was just a mouse pointer that wasnt moving and it was only 9 seconds long please help.

Your processor is unfortunately entirely unsuitable for x264 video encoding, there is nothing you can do about it that would give you any desirable video quality.
