Greetings! I'm a relatively new user (about a month) and I can't figure out a video freezing issue. I'm set up with a Sony video camera and an av.io 4K box. The first time I used this setup it worked flawlessly. On the next two attempts, the video froze a few minutes into the stream. The audio (from a USB-equipped mixer) was fine. The camera worked perfectly (allowing me to upload a working backup over about 9 hours), and the av.io box flashed blue lights throughout the stream indicating it was processing. (It's on the latest firmware, too.) I shut off all antivirus and security software prior to streaming as well. Any advice for a rookie? Log is attached. :-)
