Question / Help Video fps problem

Hey guys, I have a problem with the fps of my videos, my record looks like 5 fps, what I don't understand because I have a realy good pc ( 16 G ram and stuff), I red that if I watch the vid with vlc it was fixed but it's not, can you please help me

same issue i have, only i can capture desktop, and it looks like 5 fps also..., until yesterday i was using capture window and was working very fine for stream games
