Video feels really choppy for no reason

Logs don't show any missing frames.

Are you using VLC to play back the video? Have you tried switching your monitor to 120hz for playback? (60fps does not play back properly on 144hz)

Im using Movies&TV, its a default windows 10 playback video and I've tried switching to 120hz already but cant see any differences.

now, I change my hz to 120 and using vlc, but still the video looks choppy T_T (I run obs as admin and disable preview.)

now that I tried with other recording program, and it turns out the problem is still going so I dont know what cause this T_T
