Question / Help Video Error

So I've been surfing the internet for a couple of days trying to find the best OBS settings for my PC. I tried to copy OBS settings from a lot of different YouTube videos. I also tried to change a couple of settings, but I think I know where the problem is. On YouTube, some people use x264 custom settings and the other don't. So I search the custom x264 settings and the forum and I found this forum https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/5-good-custom-x264-encoder-settings.4448/
I tried every one of them and it did work. When I'm recording the fps are not dropping anymore. When I record the FPS is around 185-250. I was a little bit of confused because I've never record CS:GO with that FPS. When I stop the record test and look at the result, the result is error. Let's say that the video is 10 seconds long, at the 1st-3rd second the video was fine, but after the 3rd second, the image freezes till the end of the video. I know that I maybe shouldn't use any of the custom x264, but that custom settings are the settings that affect on my fps.

Max bitrate is pointless when using crf-based bitrate selection.
And you should really be using ultrafast when recording.

Okay so I changed the cpu preset to ultrafast, so what should I do with the max bitrate? Sorry I'm a noob with OBS stuff.
P.S : I tested to record again and the results are still the same. (Just an update)
