Video Encoder overloaded

I've analyzed the log file and I've done everything that it suggested. I'm trying to record 4k60 using a 3060 ti/i5-12600. I have a 1080p monitor and I've set the resolution to dynamic super resolution so I can record in 4k. I'm playing the Nine Sols demo, side-scrolling unity game. CPU barely hits 10%, GPU is around 25% but the Video Encode on the GPU is maxed out.

Are there some better recording settings? I'd like to keep it at 4k60 but I'll settle for 1080p60 if I have to. I could have swore I've done this before without a problem.

Change preset to P4. CQP mode is also more demanding than CBR/VBR. Changing the preset should fix the problem.

I changed the preset to P1 before I read your message and that indeed helped. I can probably step it up a bit and change it from CQP to one of the others. I just have gotten around to it yet. Thanks for the help.
