Video encoder AVC footage VERY laggy

I'm trying to get my old quality back. Before I used to record high quality 60 fps videos and now when I try with AVC it takes an usually long time to stop recording and I have to click it a second time just to get it to stop and get the file to show up and when it does it just looks very laggy and freezes. I can use X264 but it doesnt have as good of quality.

I dont know which log was from AVC so I just recorded a quick short to make the log show up.

Hopefully it'll have something useful to help diagnose the problem

You set bitrate 2500 kbps for recording. This is much too low for the resolution you chose, so it's mediocre quality.

Switch to simple output mode and use the easier configuration options. Use Tools > Auto configuration wizard.

I change it to 6000. I guess that time I forgot to change it.
