Question / Help Video driver query

I have a dell i7 m4700 laptop which is totally up to date driver wise.
Ive installed OBS, and done the configuring, yet when I select stream or record I get an error

‘Failed to open NVENC codec: function not implemented.

You are running driver 382.16 which is extremely old.

Dell Support website claims my machine is up to date, but it is an older machine.

I've updated via the Nvidia website, all good now.
