Video driver error won't let me record footage

Hi! I've been encountering this frustrating error and wanted to see if anyone could help. My computer is updated, and the drivers will not allow any updates. I have a Lenovo Legion Y545 and am unsure as to why I am getting this message and how to fix it. I am using OBS Studio 28.0.1. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you!

Update your nvidia drivers either using geforce experience or the nvidia website.
Relying on windows update/device manager for gpu drivers will result in out of date drivers, as their database is NOT updated anywhere near as fast as intel/amd/nvidia update the drivers.

I keep getting this message when trying to install either express or custom. I restarted my computer and it didn't do anything. I feel like I'm missing something.
