i used this like 5+ months before and everything was perfectly fine
and after like another update of windows. obs stopped recording and i decided to update it (i was thinking that this can fix situation)
here my settings (other things i didnt touched at all)
(i using it just to shitpost on random discord server)
and here this story didnt ended because when i actually can record things this happen (video)

and this (i cant edit this video at all)
uhhh here logs (i was deleting obs and installing back hoping this will get fixed)
