so, I recently got a PTZ camera and the video delay was only a few milliseconds so I never really bothered fixing it. However, since getting the recent camera, the video delay has jumped up to about 2 or 3 seconds behind the audio. I've tried everything to lower the latency of the PTZ camera, and now I've been trying to figure out how to set a av sync offset to accommodate the rest of the gap. the delay is there both when I record and when I stream.
When I set a sync offset, no matter how much, nothing changes at all. I've tried installing virtual audio cables, I've set all the fps settings to be the same as my camera, I've tried running audio through the camera source. Nothing has worked yet.
thanks!
