Question / Help Video Delay cause freeze frame

Hi, thank you for your help in advance.

I have an IP cam and webcam setup. In order to sync up with the delay in the IP cam i have added a delay to the webcam (Video Delay Async) and audio.
Problem is every time I switch from the IP cam to the webcam the webcam is stuck at the last frame it was at before i switch scenes/cams. Meaning you see a freeze fame then a jump to the live view every time i switch back and forth.

How do i keep the webcam live so that this does not happen?

If I keep multiview on I don’t have this problem. But i’m running obs on a laptop so its not powerful enough to be running multiview at the same time as streaming

This seems to still be an issue. Super easy to reproduce:
1. Add two scenes
2. In one of the scenes, add a video source with a "Video Delay (async)" filter, with a delay of say 1000 ms.
3. Switch between the scenes
4. Notice that when you enter the camera scene, your camera is forzen with an old frame for the duration of the delay before updating
