Video card not from nvidia

I want to stream, my computer is weak. The processor is TOO weak to stream anything on it (2.4 GHz). The video card is also very weak, but I can stream very old games or modern indies. But my graphics card is not from nvidia, namely - [AMD Radeon HD 5700 series]. Can I stream not through the processor, but through this video card?

AMD's equivalent, AMF, was introduced on the Radeon HD 7000. Your GPU does not support it. You badly need a hardware refresh, as the HD 7000 was released back in December 2011, ten years ago.

Realtime video encoding is a VERY demanding task. A 10+ year old machine isn't going to have much luck, even with a modern GPU handling the actual encoding step, most likely.

You need a complete upgrade.

Video card 1 GB DDR5. Is there no way to at least try to stream? What if I'm lucky?)

So long as it has DX11 hardware compliance (required for OBS), you certainly can try. But the encoding will be CPU-reliant at that point, and is not a lightweight task.

This is the reason for creating a theme! I tried to use the videocrat for broadcasting, but as I understood, this requires nvidia. Can I stream to this video card? Does the program need an add-on? Or is it impossible? (Sorry for the mistakes, I am writing via google translator)

I have a AMD HD 5700, and I know it's a old GPU, but there is some plugin or drive that makes OBS recognize this GPU and use it to stream instead the processor?
