Video captured not good (pixelated)

I tried to capture my game (sniper- using steam) with my samsung book pro 360.. but the result was dragging or pixelated. Anybody can help and figure it out what seems to be the problem?

I ll do that hopefully it works.
But, thus it really matters how good is your video card ?
