I have been transferring my VHS tapes to mkv files to store them on PLEX for later use. It's been working fine, but today we had a power outage and the process was interrupted. Now I can't get the video to be captured, only the audio. I have tried everything even deleting and reselecting the video capture device. Nothing helps. I get the audio fine, just no video. Can you help? I must be doing something really basic wrong!
