Question / Help Video capture issue with Diamond GC1500

I am new to streaming so please be understanding-

I have a Diamond GC1500 and I am attempting to stream from a Canon HFR700 camcorder. OBS recognizes the capture card but will not display any video.

Oddly enough, I had it working for about ten minutes this morning and I have no clue what I did.

Any guidance would be helpful.
