I don't have the bug report but I have the log from the last time posted at bottom.
This happened several times until I just gave up, but about 5 minutes into streaming the video would freeze, I wouldn't be able to get it back working even if I refreshed the camera, which has proven useful in the past. Audio would continue and eventually the entire OBS program will stop working, ask if I'd like to wait and no thank you Sir, I will not wait.
Let me know if you need any more information or if somehow the problem isn't captured in this log.
