Hi there! I'm trying to figure out what could be causing my video capture to look like this.

Late 2013 21.5-inch iMac
macOS Catalina, Version 10.15.6
Processor: 2.9GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHZ DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1GB
If you have any advice I'd really appreciate it! I'm worried this could be due to my graphics card, which sucks because I can't upgrade it because it's a Mac. I can update with an SSD card but i'm not sure if this would change the quality at all. If this is the result due to my graphics card, are there any other options to up my graphics? I've heard about using a eGPU but they are very expensive. I know when I play The Sims 4 I have most of the graphics on high and it plays pretty well, which makes me think it could be something to do with my settings in OBS (fingers crossed it's this).
