Video Capture Device's freeze OBS & cause it to crash

I have an Elgato as a video capture device, & right clicking it & going to properties causes OBS to crash. Attempting to add another Video Capture Device will also cause OBS to crash. My Elgato shows perfectly fine in the 4K Capture Utility, I do not have any Windows updates.

2 camlinks or other capture devices all the same shit

I have an old source for a video capture of a virtual camera that I don't use anymore, & when I try to delete that, it also freezes. I just uninstalled & reinstalled OBS, & I still can't delete it. Any idea how to get rid of it?

Ok, I got rid of all my other Video Capture Devices, Elgato is the only one. It sometimes freezes when opening properties. Sometimes I can open it & it won't freeze.
