Question / Help Video capture device suddenly not giving video

Using a logitech c310 webcam as a video capture device. Was working fine, can't think of anything on the computer that has changed. This is what I see when I try to configure

The gray area at the top usually shows my webcam but it's just not for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated. So far I've tried updating obs, removing all USBs but mouse and keyboard, and trying the webcam in different usb slots. I don't think there's anything else on my computer trying to use the webcam. I've pretty much closed everything I can. I'm just not sure how to fix this one. Thanks.

That window is asking you to choose an FPS and video format (highlighted in red) but you havent chosen one. I would try choosing custom instead of device default and try settings until it works.

Yeah I've tried every custom resolution and video format. The problem that I'm trying to fix though, is that it worked fine using device default and now it doesn't.

So, it doesn't work on any of those settings, but still works in other applications?

I haven't tried it in any other applications. I'm not sure i even have any other applications that can use cam.
